Rayuela Editor is a web-based writing application designed for Chromebooks and modern browsers. It operates on a "Local-First" architecture, meaning all data is stored locally on the user's device.
2. Accounts and Licensing
Pro License: To access certain features, you may be required to purchase a license (Lifetime or Subscription).
Single User: Each license is valid for use by one (1) individual. Sharing license keys publicly or with multiple users is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your license without refund.
Activation: We use a license verification system to ensure compliance. You agree not to bypass or tamper with this system.
3. Data Privacy and Storage (Local-First)
We do not store your content. Your documents are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage or your device's file system.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser cache clearing, device failure, or user error.
No Cloud Sync: Currently, Rayuela Editor does not sync data to our servers.
4. Payments and Refunds
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the software does not work on your device as described. Please contact support for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content created by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rayuela Editor. The content you create using the editor belongs 100% to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty ("AS IS")
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RAYUELA EDITOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Usuario Único: Cada licencia es válida para uso por un (1) individuo. Compartir claves de licencia públicamente o con múltiples usuarios está estrictamente prohibido y puede resultar en la terminación de su licencia sin reembolso.
Activación: Utilizamos un sistema de verificación de licencias para garantizar el cumplimiento. Usted acepta no eludir ni manipular este sistema.
3. Privacidad de Datos y Almacenamiento (Local-First)
No almacenamos su contenido. Sus documentos se almacenan exclusivamente en el almacenamiento local de su navegador o en el sistema de archivos de su dispositivo.
Responsabilidad del Usuario: Usted es el único responsable de hacer copias de seguridad de sus datos. No somos responsables de ninguna pérdida de datos resultante de la limpieza de caché del navegador, falla del dispositivo o error del usuario.
4. Pagos y Reembolsos
Comerciante de Registro: Nuestro proceso de pedido es realizado por nuestro revendedor en línea, Lemon Squeezy.
Reembolsos: Ofrecemos una garantía de devolución de dinero de 14 días si el software no funciona en su dispositivo como se describe.
5. Propiedad Intelectual
El Servicio y su contenido original (excluyendo el contenido creado por usted) son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de Rayuela Editor. El contenido que cree usando el editor le pertenece 100% a usted.
6. Descargo de Garantía
EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL". NO OFRECEMOS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS.
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
EN NINGÚN CASO RAYUELA EDITOR SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO QUE SURJA DEL USO O LA INCAPACIDAD DE USAR EL SERVICIO.
8. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Argentina.
